Our first paper @CircAHA from Phoenix is a huge milestone! This collective passion piece is likely our final installment of #ILAM x #VTin3D as it ties together both concepts and re-defines lines of block as fixed barriers in human VT: 1.) Deceleration zones are due to localized lines of block. 2.) Differential pacing should be applied to the ventricle. 3.) The argument for functional isthmus boundaries may be debunked. 4.) Interesting PVC at @MUSChealth with @JRWinterfield. PVC was quickly mapped to lateral wall near ALPM insertion. A False Tendon was seen on ICE connecting from PM to basal Septum. LAT there was earlier than rest of septum. Are we seeing the FT activation?#Epeeps @AbbottCardio 1of3

Strange atypical flutter on 84 year old patient with prior typical flutter ablation. The CTI line was reconnected and subsequently touched up. However, a flutter with CS distal to proximal activation was spontaneously induced. Do you map or cardiovert? We elected to map! #EPeeps
