@PatrickHeizer The question to answer is how long does it take for a president’s policy to be implemented and then its effects actually seen. My theory is it takes months to first pass new policy and then likely years to really see impacts. A president’s policies not seen until the next term

Yesterday, the Minnesota Senate passed the most comprehensive gun violence prevention package in state history.
I was proud to work alongside @ZaynabMMohamed to get it done.
It included an assault weapons sales ban and high capacity magazine limits. I carried provisions to ban binary triggers, ban untraceable 3D-printed firearms, and strengthen and expand awareness of Minnesota’s red flag law. Now it goes to the House.
