Afroman Day 2: Deputy claims Afroman singing about sleeping with his wife has caused him “tremendous pain” as grounds for defamation. Day 2 of the Afroman defamation case has begun, and Randolph L. Walters, Jr. testified that Afroman singing about sleeping with his wife caused him “tremendous pain.” Walters Jr. also stated that being labeled a “thief” has hurt his reputation. So far, all the deputies have claimed they do not believe everything they hear or see on the internet and that they have all been called names unrelated to Afroman’s songs. So many good clips 🤣

So let me get this straight. The cops can lie to a judge, get a bullshit warrant, destroy his property and threaten his life, steal his money (they don't know why it's a different total but we all do don't we?) and he has to tell the absolute truth about them in parody/satire art? Fuck that noise.

I have been negative about the Afroman case, but looking at the MTD order, I'm less certain. I understand making a video crapping on cops that raided your house. But reading this order I could imagine at least some of this claim might be legit. Mind you, I've moved from 100% certainty the claims are bullshit to 75% certainty.
