@Masabasos20 @Ihunanya_chi Being in Christ does not exempt you from being tempted.Judas was not possessed he was tempted there is difference
English

@Ihunanya_chi Judas escariot walked with Jesus but still Satan used him,so let’s learn from there,it’s possible for a believer to be possessed by demons, one thing to understand is cancer is demonic yet pastors succumb out of it.
English

@Ihunanya_chi So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.John8:36.There is no confusion when it comes to salvation
English

@sexy_bizzy @Ihunanya_chi Why would He do that am sorry to break that down to you ,that was a demon fullstop God doesnt change
English

@Ihunanya_chi No.... But the Holy Spirit can act like a demon if the need BE. FOR YOU OR AGAINST YOU. DEEP BUT TRUE. I am a living testimony.

The Holy Spirit is Our Friend 🥰
One day, I was very hungry and feeling really sick. I had a bad headache and was so tired that I wanted to sleep. But I couldn’t sleep because I was too hungry, and I was all alone at home. I dragged myself to the kitchen, peeled some yam, and put it on fire. After that, I returned to my room.
The moment I lay down, my eyes began to close. I was so weak. But with the little strength I had, I whispered a prayer to the Holy Spirit “Please wake me up when the yam is ready. I don’t want it to burn, and I can’t stay awake to watch it.” And just like that, I dozed off.😅
A few minutes later, I suddenly heard my name very clearly. I woke up and looked around, wondering who called me. Then I remembered the yam! I rushed to the kitchen, and just as I had asked, the water had dried up and the yam was perfectly cooked not burnt. I smiled and remembered what I said to the Holy Spirit. He really did wake me up. He called my name! The Holy Spirit is truly a friend who cares. 🥰😍
What is your own experience with the Holy spirit?

@AirmashlJapheth @Amanda___praise Lets be clear sin is sin and God hates it.we live in a fallen world yes and have our struggles be it fornication, stealing or lying.but we must not take God's grace for granted we must desire to live pure
English

@Amanda___praise Do you all realize that samson was with a philistine woman, yet he called on the holy spirit and it came
English

@power_s14935 @juthagohd @Amanda___praise Of course sin does seperate us from God there is no selection when it comes to sin.there are some celibate christians who steal, lie and even mistreat others.let us be gracious and merciful just as God is toward us.some still struggle and yet God is merciful...
English

@juthagohd @Amanda___praise Sadly it is, it gives the Devil, the accuser access to your Soul
And this can bring Demonic influence to your Life 🥲🥲🥲

Connecting Abraham Sacrificing Isaac to God the Father and Jesus**
When God asked Abraham to sacrifice Isaac, He was not just testing Abraham’s faith. He was painting a prophetic picture of what He Himself would one day do with His own Son, Jesus Christ.
1. Abraham represents God the Father.
Abraham was a loving father who waited many years for his promised son.
God the Father is the eternal Father who loves His Son infinitely.
2. Isaac represents Jesus, the beloved Son.
God said to Abraham “Take your son, your only son, whom you love…” (Genesis 22:2)
This mirrors the Father’s words: “This is My beloved Son…” (Matthew 3:17)
Just as Isaac was Abraham’s “only son of the promise,”
Jesus is the Father’s only begotten Son (John 3:16).
3. Isaac carried the wood up the mountain, Jesus carried the cross
Genesis 22:6 says “Isaac carried the wood for the burnt offering.”
Jesus carried His own cross up the hill of Calvary (John 19:17).
The image is the same:
A beloved son walking up a mountain carrying the wood on which he was to be sacrificed.
4. The sacrifice took place on the same mountain region
Abraham offered Isaac on Mount Moriah (Genesis 22:2). Centuries later, Jesus was crucified on Calvary, the same mountain region of Moriah.
This is not a coincidence.
God was showing the same story in advance.
5. Isaac was willing, Jesus was willing
Isaac was strong enough to resist Abraham, but he willingly allowed himself to be bound.
Jesus said:
“No one takes my life from me… I lay it down of my own accord.” (John 10:18)
Both the son of Abraham and the Son of God surrendered willingly.
6. God stopped Abraham from sacrificing Isaac… but He did not stop Himself
When Abraham lifted the knife, God stopped him:
“Do not lay a hand on the boy.” (Genesis 22:12)
A ram was provided instead.
But when His own Son, Jesus, hung on the cross,
the Father did not stop the sacrifice.
Why?
Because Isaac’s sacrifice was only a symbol.
Jesus sacrifice was the real thing.
Only Jesus blood could save the world.
7. God provided a substitute for Isaac, Jesus became the substitute for us
In Genesis 22:13, God provided a ram as a substitute for Isaac.
But for us,
Jesus Himself became the Lamb.
John the Baptist said:
“Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.” (John 1:29)
Isaac was spared.
We are spared.
Jesus was not spared, because He is the substitute.
8. Abraham’s statement was prophetic
Abraham said:
“God Himself will provide the Lamb.” (Genesis 22:8)
God fulfilled that prophecy 2,000 years later when He gave His own Son as the true Lamb.
