@Metrorailinfo It’s going on over 25 minutes. I was on a train forced out at Mt. Vernon Square as it switched to Branch Ave. Almost didn’t make it off because we were given no time to exit. Now I am on green line #2. At what point do I ride share?

This is some weird March weather. Yesterday afternoon the D.C. area was in the mid-80s. Now temperatures have plunged into the upper 30s and low 40s. At Reagan National Airport, it’s 43 after hitting 86 less than 18 hours ago — a temperature swing that could rank among the largest ever observed in March. Rain is falling with wind gusts near 30 mph, and in colder areas sleet is already mixing in. Some wet snow could enter the mix at times into early afternoon. Temperatures near 35–40 should keep accumulation limited — maybe a little slush on grassy areas during heavier bursts.

Celebrated Women’s History month at Ama with a women and cheese class led by @cheesemonsterdc. Such a fun and tasty event. Greeted with a spritz as part of the ticket. Snagged a cappuccino before the class. Will definitely be back.

I had a small heel of bread in the toaster, way below the top, so it was hard to get out. I was able to time it just right and caught it after I hit the ejector button when it popped up. It's kinda sad to know this is probably the coolest thing I'll do all day.

@BarredinDC It’s solid. They encourage visits throughout the year as the landscape changes making the experience different each time. It’s free. I think they were trying for after hours events in the spring or summer that I keep missing. A couple wineries nearby.

Glenstone Museum somewhere in middle of fancy fuck-nowhere Potomac/Gaithersburg is a pretty insanely cool experience (tho going in February gave me season 2 Severance vibes). Like 90 min-2 hour roundtrip to get there. Owned by billionaires, mostly contemporary American art
