I’m really torn on this.
On one end, it will be great to get another DSA mayor in another big city.
On the other end, Raman is pro-Israel and not well liked by progressives.

Update on candidates filed for Missouri's House as week two comes to a close: 166 Republicans, 126 Democrats, 2 Libertarians.
Only 78 districts are contested by multiple parties, a majority of districts are still only contested by one so far.
Filing closes March 31st!

By my count this is now (at least) 8 new dsa-endorsed congressional candidates nationwide this cycle. If all 8 were to win, DSA would hit double digits in the House and quintuple its presence in congress from 2 (AOC/Rashida) to 10. Huge things happening right now for socialism!

I think to have any hope of accomplishing Zohran’s campaign promises NYC DSA will have to change our orientation to Zohran substantially. There is no sign that DSA is “co-governing” with Zohran, time to treat him like a politician and apply pressure.
