A couple of months ago, we disclosed that #D4vd was under investigation by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department and that contact had been made with him by the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department. That was confirmed yesterday and will effectively eliminate any defense that he did not know Celeste’s age. As we stated, detectives made David Anthony Burke aware of Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s age, even though he already knew. What is also very troubling is that Celeste was at home in Lake Elsinore on April 23, 2025, when David sent an Uber to bring her to the Hollywood Hills. She had been reported missing a full year earlier, and it was never reported to detectives that she was no longer a missing person. She was not attending school. April 23, 2025 was a Wednesday, a school night. She should never have been traveling 80 miles in an Uber to meet David. #CelesteRivasHernandez

I just left the courthouse where I was viewing documents in the #D4vd case. There are 54 sealed search warrants. A warrant was issued as recent as 04-20-26. Although David’s defense team claims they are ready to go forward with the preliminary hearing they have not even filed a motion to unseal these warrants, which the Judge agreed to do upon a motion being filed. #CelesteRivasHernandez

Prosecutors allege that #D4vd killed Celeste Rivas Hernandez on April 23, 2025, or shortly thereafter. On April 24, a party was held in his honor at #100Thieves in Culver City, CA. Neo, Aysia, and members of his management team were present. While they have all scrubbed these from the internet, artifacts still remain. Just hours after killing Celeste, #D4vd is partying without a care in the world. Where was Celeste’s body during this time? Based on the timeline, I do not believe David was alone for more than brief periods between April 23 and April 25. Those days included the Coachella wind-down, the release of his Withered album, pre-sales launching, and a release party in his honor, then flying to NYC for a Bandlab event. He was at a peak moment in his career. Management, publicists, and others in his orbit were all present. The starfu##er friends were all around. It is difficult to believe that no one knew anything about Celeste. Immunity may protect someone legally, but it does not shield them from public perception, especially if information was not brought forward immediately. The cause and manner of death for Celeste Rivas Hernandez were determined months ago. As stated in the official press release: “The cause and manner of death were determined December 9, 2025.” The repeated claims by TMZ that the Medical Examiner was unable to determine a cause and manner of death due to the condition of her remains were never accurate. They were waiting on toxicology which they were able to get even in her state of decomposition. I have not been perfect in this case, but I have acknowledged when I was wrong. TMZ, on the other hand, reported that Celeste’s remains were still partially frozen when they arrived at the Medical Examiner’s Office and suggested that David Burke (#D4vd) was only recently arrested because a cause and manner of death had just been determined. That information is incorrect. At this point, nearly all of the information they have put out on this case has been false or misleading. I am glad that the facts are finally driving the narrative in this case. Celeste died by being stabbed by an object(s) that caused two penetrating wounds to her torso and caused a liver injury. Toxicology found she was presumptive positive for benzodiazepines and methamphetamine/MDMA. I have personally spoken to witness(es) who told me that David used hard drugs with them. #CelesteRivasHernandez

On April 24, 2025, just hours after prosecutors allege that #D4vd, David Anthony Burke, killed Celeste Rivas Hernandez, his management held a Withered album release party in Los Angeles that began at 8 PM. David then likely took a red-eye flight to New York afterward. All of his managers were likely in Los Angeles for the party. The house that Celeste was “lured” to, according to prosecutors, was leased by his management company. So the question is: who knew what, and when did they know it? April 23 and 24 were not quiet, uneventful days or nights. David had just performed at Coachella, his album was being released, and a party was being held in his honor. There were people around him, and he was the center of attention. It is difficult to believe he had much time completely alone. Who knew what, and when? If you attended the party and this brings back any memory of David or others in his immediate circle acting unusually… If you were at the rental house… If you saw Celeste around April 23–24… Please contact the LAPD Robbery-Homicide Division. If you are willing to speak with me, I will keep your information confidential, except as required for law enforcement. This is about justice for a 14-year-old. Attached is a message referencing the party held just hours after Celeste was killed. Thank you to those who are coming forward now that #D4vd is in custody.

I just left the arrangement of David Anthony Burke #D4VD where he entered not guilty pleas to all charges . His attorneys are pressing for a fast preliminary hearing and are eager to see evidence against him. They noted that they have not received any discovery, including the autopsy of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The prosecutor replied that there was over 40 TB of discovery in this case and it would take a while to get that to the defense team, however #D4vd attorney still move forward wanting a speedy preliminary hearing which is set for April 23. The judge also agreed to have the medical examiners report unsealed. Justice is coming for Celeste.

The official Sesame Street account has tweeted out a loving Passover post that features Kippi ben Kippod, an Israeli-exclusive muppet on the show. It doesn't seem like a lot, but for the boys and girls who have watched their very existence become "controversial," it means a lot. And maybe, if I'm being honest, it's just as heartwarming to adults like me.

One thing I have noticed since the beginning of the #NancyGuthrie case is that the family has not mentioned or thanked law enforcement in their limited public statements. Their most recent message said, “We are deeply grateful for the outpouring from neighbors, friends, and the people of Tucson.” If they are unhappy with the investigation, I can only imagine that frustration is growing by the day. I feel it would benefit them to be more vocal and get more people involved in the search, not just put up a large reward.
