The 8/25 numbers showed that 0 people watched Raw until after Tuesday at 5 p.m. when they moved the time of the show from two hours 36 minutes down to the edited time . Given that, I can pretty safely argue that many people watched that episode prior to 27 hours after it started, your question is answered.
