Harvey Keitel is insane in Bad Lieutenant. This film is a rollercoaster. It’s a character study about a corrupt cop trying to find some sort of redemption in his life- which is filled with sin (crime, drugs, gambling). It’s Keitel just going absolutely crazy- in the best way.
