I just voted AGAINST giving ICE and Border Patrol even more money in the Homeland Security Funding bill. Kristi Noem and her band of goons are out of control and are making us less safe. @HouseDemocrats fought for real reforms, but Republicans rejected them. ICE claims to be going after "the worst of the worst," but are overwhelmingly going after law-abiding immigrants, American citizens, children, and operating without any competence or accountability. It is unacceptable to reward these rogue agencies with billions more in taxpayer dollars.

@sweetanita A lot of people's "paths that feel right to them" are utter shit. They 100% depend on or even harm those around them. It takes a lot of drive and determination to forge your own way with or without education, but generally people do better with some schooling.

I left school at 13. I have only ever been self employed. You don't need a formal education to make something of yourself. Take the path that feels right for you.
