@Airpaz I have checked, and Airpaz chooses to avoid any explanation for their failings and instead direct the blame elsewhere. If Airpaz sells a ticket as one that can be rescheduled and then they cannot honour that, it is their onus to either investigate why (or offer a refund!).

Terrible service @Airpaz - selling flights under the guise you can reschedule, only to refuse all requests across different dates (stating flights are sold out, but upon checking they are almost empty) before emailing to ask that you do not request any further rescheduling!?
