The Commonwealth has documented contact from a juror confirming the assertion that #KarenRead
was voted not guilty on counts 1 to 3 and that the jury was deadlocked at 9 to 3 for Guilty on Manslaughter. The CW was also emailed by 3 other jurors.
It doesn't matter since no formal verdict was reached. It's the law as explained below.
I would be worried if I were Read. Imagine if the venue is unbiased and unadulterated during the trial process.
Read is accused of killing #JohnOkeefe.

Yes, 5 AM.
Read knew she hit him and later that morning, when she drove by, understood he was dead.
That's why she called Kerry. She needed someone as a witness when she "found" John.

Auntie Bev announces she WILL be instructing the jury with a Tuey-Rodriguez. This is a stern message from the Judge to the jury telling them that the trial was expensive, time consuming, and another jury is unlikely to hear anything different from what they heard. It pushes the lone hold out to change their vote, and is rarely done for that reason. But nobody wants to do this all over again:

The FBI investigated the investigation concerning the murder of #JohnOkeefe and produced thousands of pages of investigative materials to the Defense, the CW and the Judge pursuant to Toughey.
You know Alan Jackson would have completed exploited any proof of a frame job or corruption discovered by the FBI during trial, but he didn't. Why? Because the FBI didn't uncover any. What they did uncover were deplorable texts from Proctor to his high school buddies. Those were put on full display.
That was the only bullet uncovered. Pretty sad state of affairs.
The jury will continue to deliberate today. #KarenRead is accused of murdering him.

I don’t care if Karen Read was banging the whole town of Canton. It doesn’t explain why Jennifer McCabe googled how long to die in cold at 2:27 AM. It’s called Free Karen Read, not Marry Karen Read. This is all a pathetic distraction because they have no evidence she murdered John Okeefe but plenty of evidence the Mcalberts did.

It was a HUGE scandal when a data phone extraction showed that #KarenRead had spoken with a reporter (me) 189 times in a year. Julie Albert was just confronted with phone data showing she spoke to Michael Proctor's sister 67 times in a shorter period of time. It's not a conflict for a journalist to speak with the subject of his reporting. It is a conflict for witnesses in a murder to have regular communication with the lead detective's family.
