What makes a great election in Arizona? In a conversation with @ASU’s Mechanics of Democracy Lab and @arizonafuture, our DDP AZ board member @JWLines shared why viewing elections as infrastructure supports the basic needs of ensuring a transparent and efficient process for voters.

Hi @TucsonRomero. AZ cities/towns receive more State shared revenues because of the Flat-Tax. Over the past 5 yrs, AZ municipalities have seen 32% budget growth, fueled by $7B+ in excess revenue. That number is projected to hit $11B by 2028! Hope this answers your question!
