@EmiratesSupport How do we actually get support I’ve tried to call every single number all day busy or don’t ring . Our flights been cancelled for Thursday 2 am We want to get some answers as we can’t rebook via the app as no flights

Customers affected by flight cancellations have these options: ✈️Rebook on an alternate flight. You can rebook on another flight to your intended destination for travel on or before 20 March. If you booked your flight with a travel agent, please contact them. If you booked with us directly, contact us at emirat.es/support. 🎫Request for refund. You can request for a refund of your ticket if your booking is on or before 10 March by completing the refund form at emirat.es/refund if you booked with us directly. If you booked your flights with a travel agent, please contact them. Customers impacted by flight cancellations must contact their travel agency for rebooking. If booked directly with Emirates, please contact us at emirat.es/support. Customers are requested to ensure their contact details are correct by visiting emirat.es/managebooking to receive updates. All city check‑in points across Dubai are temporarily closed until further notice.

All scheduled Emirates flights to and from Dubai remain suspended until 2359hrs UAE time on 4 March, due to airspace closures across the region. Emirates continues to operate a limited number of passenger repatriation and freighter flights on 3 and 4 March.  We are accommodating customers with earlier bookings as a priority on these limited flights. Please do not go to the airport unless you have been notified directly by Emirates, or hold a confirmed booking for these flights. Emirates continues to monitor the situation, and we will develop our operational schedule accordingly. The latest flight updates will be published on our website. @EmiratesSupport Our flight leaves 2 hours after your closure window of midnight the 4th we are in Thailand Flight number ek0377 and ek0017 We are due to fly to Dubai from Bangkok then to Manchester from Dubai Still says scheduled on the app but we cannot get through to emirates at all
