@KG00HK Hi There, there is a warranty option on the booking but the transport into the repair centre is not part of the Samsonite warranty. You can choose our courier, which you do have to pay for, alternatively you can send in the item yourself. I hope this helps

@k2gbl Cannot contact your Samsonite repair. I have a backpack under warranty, but fixmybag says I need to pay for the repair & courier. How can I speak to someone to discuss my repair? Thank you

@k2gbl @British_Airways A real disappointing end to my holiday after K2 via BA fail to return calls or answer emails despite promises after damage to my bag between Edinburgh and Denver on 23 Dec. I just need my bag to get to work on Monday....sort it out!!
