Just catching up on things. I have a bachelors In criminology and the statement below is just my opinion. When it comes to multiple cases across multiple jurisdiction’s / Agency’s; Denying bail is one of the tactics that is used to ensure an appearance in court. It’s really up to the judge at the end of the day and those decisions can vary greatly depending on the area you’re located in. After reading through all available information including the new attorneys repose to bail, I believe There may be other forces at play here. Someone has to be going out of their way just to stick it to John. It will be eventually found out in the future. Politics plays a huge role in these types of cases. Especially given the coordination regarding the arrests and the press releases. It could be that the judge is basing their decision on just a small part of the information. At the end of the day he will be out somewhat soon. Probably 2/3 weeks. I’m sure we will see more motions from his attorney on this. After he gets transported to New York it will be easier to be bailed out. I cannot see John being held in custody indefinitely until trial on these matters. As much as it does suck that he’s there I’m supporting John 100% and I believe at the end of the day he will be found not guilty. The justice system has yet to hear any pretrial motions (besides bail). I think we will uncover lots of information in those and some charges will either fall off or dismissed. Even if nothing is dismissed/dropped I believe a jury will find him not guilty. Again it’s only my opinion and I strongly believe in the rights of due process. To The Moon’ #SAFEMOON
