@Crompton_India Have you tried using the complaint form? It is asking me for service request ID. I used the whatsapp chatbot to register one and when I enter that number I get an error message "pls match the requested format" and it does not tell me what the format is! User unfriendly!

@Crompton_India called your customer care number asking for capacitor specification for your 56 inch fan. The executive said they can only register a complaint and a technician will visit and charge me ₹500 to give this information and she disconnected the call! Incredible

@OfficeOfKRP New scam at 80 Feet road, Chennai @IndianOilcl petrol pump under TNCCF- for UPI payment, the scanner says recipient is Devi and not TNCCF. When questioned they asked me to pay by cash or card! Looks like employees and management are aware of this.

@CarbamideForte First you goof up with the shipping and have no idea what happened to the product. After talking to your customer care they assured me you will reship. Product reaches after 5 days and I get something different to what I ordered. Most inefficient co I have seen.

@ChairmanIOCL @IndianOilcl I have leakage in an old gas cylinder. Your gas agencies are playing ping pong. Sent mail to customercare and no response. My complaints with 1906 have been closed by the agencies. Need proper urgent resolution.
