@Tushar15 How they create airports without metro links or rrts links simply amazes me. The guys who plan are clearly not middle class nor is attention to detail their strongest suit

@marinebharat It is good. Love the roads. But why can't they institute a garbage collection excercise and suck out the stray garbage from road side. Makes all the joy of India dissipate in seconds. Honestly this should IAS training academy, mandatory 6m cleaning operations

@halilbabilli @stelzner_n1150 Not only that anticipating lower demand, and pricier psf. Developers are shrinking unit size. This despite people with children suddenly realising they need more space. Only way is to buy 4-5 room and renovate. So large homes with space in good locality will command a premium.

@stelzner_n1150 On the contrary, remote work setups and home offices have significantly increased the demand for houses with four or more bedrooms. Plus, DINKs have the right amount of income to buy them.

Because Millennials decided not to have children the housing crash for 4-5 bedroom homes is going to be epic.

The Iran deal has important takeaways for India. Trump as a bully will back down only when he is challenged publicly. He will only get more extractive and demanding to those who give in. @rammadhav_ Your postulation of Indian position now looks like a bigger blunder.

the world needs the strait of hormuz reopened. should have happened months ago, but today’s outcome is the best option available. having said that, iran war has been a disaster. no agreement on nukes, ballistic missiles, support for proxies…and one of the world’s most brutal regimes remains in place…and is getting paid off. biggest foreign policy failure of trump administration by a long margin.

@ReadyToWin2026 @NickKristof @nytimes @SangerNYT The only difference between Trump and every other DC politician is that he says it blatantly and publicly, what everyone else practices quietly and under the garb of diplomacy. Don't be under any illusion others are any different.

I agree @POTUS , @VictoriaCoates gets it and has provided great analysis on the operation against Iran. Iran can never have a nuclear weapon, a long range ballistic shield to protect continue development, build and protect terror armies as if they were their own troops, or the ability to economically coerce the global economy with the Strait of Hormuz.
Open Source Intel@Osint613

Trump: Iran will never have a Nuclear weapon, and the Strait of Hormuz will be opening up for business very shortly!!!

@unrave20 It is always % share. Either % GDP or % market share in global mfg. If you are not adding in proportion to rising nominal income, you are not doing enough. More needs to be done. But post COVID has really been a mfg renaissance in India.

IRGC-affiliated Fars News Agency has a similar story: "Following the attack on Beirut's Dahiya district, #Iran suspended its negotiations and prepared to launch an attack against #Israel. However, it was ultimately persuaded to refrain from doing so after receiving last-minute concessions offered by U.S. President Donald Trump, including guarantees for Lebanon's territorial integrity, an Israeli withdrawal from the Lebanese border, and the immediate lifting of the blockade. It was also agreed that the legal framework governing navigation in the waters of the Persian Gulf would be established in cooperation between Iran and Oman."
