Hey @311DCgov my 7 yr old wants me to tell you that trying to walk at the intersection of Alison & across north Capitol st NW & Buchanan St &North Capitol St NE “is treacherous”. Massive walls of snow to climb over as a pedestrian & icy medians to cross. Can we get a path please?

@311DCgov @DCDPW @CMLewisGeorgeW4 The 100-400 blocks on Varnum. Another pass on 2nd street between Upshur and Webster, specifically clearing the intersection of 2nd and Varnum to allow for turning traffic on all sides.

@alanwehler @DCDPW @MayorBowser 2nd isn’t plowed either! Today was full of neighbors watching cars trying (and failing) to make it up the 100 block of Varnum hill (and digging out all of the people who got stuck).

Streets around Grant Circle haven't seen a plow all day. Webster got one yesterday and Varnum none. 3rd has not been plowed yet at all between Allison and Upshur. Can we get some assistance, please @DCDPW @MayorBowser?

@CMLewisGeorgeW4 @DCDPW 2nd and Varnum NW has trapped many a car today and neighbors have helped push and dig out or a car has reversed back down this 100 block hill because they can’t get up.

@CMLewisGeorgeW4 @DCDPW As you connect with your team still no plows. @DCDPW and @CMLewisGeorgeW4 Entire parts of Petworth streets have not seen one plow yet, even with plows in the area (going back over areas previously plowed per the coloring). Super frustrating and we are stuck!

Hi @CMLewisGeorgeW4 - do we know when Petworth neighborhood roads will be plowed? Nothing on Varnum or near 2nd has been touched yet and a car is currently stuck at 2nd and Varnum NW in the thick snow and ice there at the bottom of the 100 block hill. 2nd street is rough!
