@BeardoTrader This is why I tell my friends that are new to trading to start the day by analyzing higher time frames before they even think about taking a scalp.

@MichaelPBento I wonder if adult children will be forced to move into said houses vs selling (inheritance)

Wait until the boomers start dying off after being unable to get $3 Million for the house they bought for 2 chickens and a handshake, inventory is going to skyrocket and prices are going to implode.
Documenting Saylor@saylordocs
Percentage of Americans who are married and own a home at age 30: 1960: 52% 1970: 48% 1980: 45% 1990: 43% 2000: 35% 2010: 25% 2025: 12% This shit is crazy.

Broke my @TradingLucid cherry 🍒
Just locked in my first Lucid payout for $5,530.
That puts me just under $70,000 in payouts for 2026 so far. I’m not the flashiest trader and definitely not the biggest… but I show up, stay consistent, and do this LIVE every single day. 📺⚡️

@lindsay__stamp @darrelltalksfi I owned a LOT of Netflix stock when it was $14/share 😭
English

@FadiZeidan Agreed on Tesla. I’ve convinced family and close friends to buy and hold for a long time.
English

$TSLA is my multiyear hold (position). High conviction and largest $ position
$AMZN is a 1-3 year hold
$COIN is my largest capital investment, for a swing
$OSCR is a higher risk/higher reward swing, plan is to use profits to pay off my house if it delivers
$SOFI is my next high conviction after $OSCR and still building it up (unless it runs now, not chasing higher)
the rest are random swings.

@aincomeinvestor @GrantCardone 100%. I have many friends in married couples that are bringing in $300-$400k between the two of them, $1500/mo in car notes, childcare, etc. But they live in these ginormous houses with huge mortgages and use about 50% of it. It’s a choice.
English

@GrantCardone this is a spending problem masked with “paycheck to paycheck” if we’re being honest.

@Budgetdog_ Working moms are still doing the cooking, cleaning, housekeeping, all of it.
English

Stay At Home Moms Matter
Cooking ($30,000 savings)
Cleaning ($40,000 savings)
Nanny ($50,000 savings)
Housekeeping ($20,000 savings)
Weigh the cost of both partners working...
And you might save money 🤷♂️
If Erin worked it’d take $100,000+ to keep the same quality of life.
I see way too many people overlook this when they’re high income earners and have kids 👀
What do you think?
English

@TicTocTick Teenagers wear it. It would have been equivalent to a 45yo mom wearing the same Abercrombie tshirt her 7th grader was wearing in 2000.
English

@TheStonkDad @Topstep without question. Lucid hasn’t yet built the same track record.
