Also @TNLUK before when you “play again” on a completed ticket any Lucky Dips became lucky dips again. Now it plays the actual LD numbers that were on the ticket. Will have to get used to it….

@TNLUK As soon as I try to add funds it closes the app and now says it's locked my account. Tried password reset but won't let me change password. Now had email saying its locked contact customer services by telephone. As I've seen here it's over an hour wait and costs.
