This honestly feels like a new low: not being able to clearly condemn a public murder because the victim was of a social status some would deem “too low” to care about. The last sentence is especially rich from an admin trying to cut the very services that could have helped him.

The Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law. No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence. Hopefully, the former President will peacefully respect the system, which grants him that right.

When I took office, our economy was reeling. 18 million Americans were on unemployment – compared to less than 2 million today. Unemployment was at 6.3%. Now, it’s at 3.6%. We’re getting it done.
