Huge thanks to @gakonst and @tempo for putting on an incredible hackathon yesterday. Got to demo AI agents autonomously registering and managing domains using @doma_protocol with MPP payments — no human in the loop. This is what onchain agent infrastructure looks like.

@gakonst CLI standardization solves local composability, a harder problem is global agent discovery and identity. Agents need a way to resolve, verify each other, and establish trust. The web solved this with DNS. The agent ecosystem needs an equivalent discovery and reputation layer

seems pretty clear to me that the stdin/stdout interface of all agentic CLIs should be standardized so that people can build infrastructure around them reliably. if you care about the thinking blocks, just make them optional part of the spec?

I love ROLLUP .WTF, both the domain and that raw MS-DOS terminal look built by @conduitxyz. I fell out of my seat laughing and was like okay... honestly, this tipped the scales for us partnering with them over a sea of commodity crypto vendors. These guys get Crypto. Macro view: ~300 TPS though? Cute. In 2010s SF adtech we were pushing 1,000,000+ sustained TPS in real-time bidding with @InderpreetSingh and @kaister78: global traffic with real dollars, zero latency tolerance. Local and public peering, bare metal. The best stacks like AppLovin run millions per second without blinking. Back to crypto: Solana flirting with ~100,000 TPS is getting interesting. Rollups at a few hundred TPS are a start. But this is still dial-up infrastructure for what wants to be the financial layer of the internet. When crypto rails consistently hit true web-scale throughput, with liquidity and programmable settlement baked in, you get both faster chains and unlock entirely new markets. We’re still super early.
