Some in the Congress, and others, are gloating about TMC’s loss. They need to understand this clearly - the theft of Assam and Bengal’s mandate is a big step forward by the BJP in its mission to destroy Indian democracy. Put petty politics aside. This is not about one party or another. This is about 🇮🇳.

For those who as usual are targeting Congress, please note that it’s only the Congress that has defeated an incumbent BJP Govt since 2014. INC defeated BJP in Madhya Pradesh INC defeated BJP in Chattisgarh INC defeated BJP in Rajasthan INC defeated BJP in Karnataka INC defeated BJP in Himachal INC-JMM defeated BJP in Jharkhand Even in the times of BJP’s domination, capture of institutions and media, infinite resources, relentless attacks on Rahul Gandhi, the Congress has defeated an entrenched BJP govt and captured power. No regional party has done this. And I don’t think any regional party can do it as well without INC. Only Rahul Gandhi and Congress can pushback and eventually win against BJP’s onslaught.

BJP workers are so enthusiastic, they have started development work in West Bengal even before the govt has been formed.

आजार अचानक गंभीर होत नाही… तो वेळ घेतो आणि आपण तो कसा वापरतो त्यावर outcome ठरतो** OPD मध्ये एक वाक्य खूप वेळा ऐकायला मिळतं… “सर, गेल्या 8–10 दिवसांत खूप वाढलं…” मी शांतपणे विचारतो… “त्या आधीचे 8–10 महिने कसे गेले?” 1️⃣ आजार “वाढतो” तेव्हा दिसतो… पण “तयार” होत असतो खूप आधीपासून BP, Sugar, Fatty liver, Blockages हे सगळं अचानक वाढलेलं वाटतं पण शरीरात प्रक्रिया आधीच सुरू असते 👉 आपण फक्त शेवटचा बदल पाहतो 2️⃣ आपण दुर्लक्ष करत नाही… आपण रोज थोडं थोडं पुढे ढकलत राहतो “आज वेळ नाही…” “आता ठीक आहे…” “पुढच्या महिन्यात बघू…” हा एकच decision नसतो 👉 हा repeated delay असतो 3️⃣ शरीराला घाई नसते… पण ते थांबतही नाही आपण थांबतो सवयी थांबतात लक्ष थांबतं पण… 👉 शरीराची प्रक्रिया सुरूच राहते 4️⃣ एक वेळ येते… जेव्हा बदल दिसतो Report abnormal येतो Symptoms वाढतात किंवा एखादी घटना घडते आणि आपण म्हणतो 👉 “अचानक वाढलं” 5️⃣ खरं कारण “अचानक” नसतं… ते “accumulated time” असतं छोट्या छोट्या delays repeated postponements 👉 हे सगळं मिळून disease पुढे नेतं 6️⃣ Treatment सुरू केल्यावरच story बदलते योग्य वेळी treatment + lifestyle बदल सुरू केला तर progression थांबवता येतो… उलटवता देखील येतो पण उशीर झाला तर 👉 control शक्य असतं… reversal कठीण होतं 7️⃣ “काही न करणं” हा उपाय नाही… Treatment बंद करणं नाही तर वेळेवर सुरू करून, मध्ये न तोडता चालू ठेवणं महत्त्वाचं आहे औषध + सवयी (lifestyle) 👉 दोन्हीमध्ये सातत्य ठेवलं कीच फरक दिसतो लक्षात ठेवा “आजार अचानक वाढत नाही… तो वेळ साठवत जातो आणि एक दिवस दिसतो” स्वतःला विचारा 👉 “मी कोणत्या गोष्टी वारंवार पुढे ढकलतोय…ज्याचा परिणाम माझ्या आरोग्यावर होतोय?” comment मध्ये एक गोष्ट लिहा awareness हीच पहिली correction आहे हा post त्या व्यक्तीला पाठवा ज्याला वाटतं “थोडं पुढे ढकललं तरी चालतं” Like ❤️ | Share | Subscribe Dr Ravindra L Kulkarni, MD, DNB, FSCAI (Cardiology) Just For Hearts Follow 👉 @KulkarniRL #TimeMatters #ClinicalWisdom #JustForHearts #MetabolicHealth #DiseaseAwareness

Mamata Banerjee was the last big leader to have come from West Bengal– a state known to have produced some big names in Indian politics. BJP's CM in West Bengal will be a puppet of Modi-Shah– like we've seen in MP, Bihar, Delhi, Rajasthan.

I spoke to Thiru Vijay and congratulated him on TVK’s spectacular result. This mandate reflects the rising voice of youth which cannot, and will not, be ignored. My heartfelt thanks to the Congress workers of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for their hard work and support. I reiterate that the Congress party will continue to protect and serve the people of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
