@Ocado My pet food delivery is 3 days overdue, the customer service follow up and feedback has been non existent and I’m now having to send the cat back out to catch mice due to the lack of delivery.

Due to a technology fault between #M1 J10 and J11 near #Luton and #Dunstable the dynamic hard shoulder lane cant be opened north or south this afternoon. We are working to resolve this issue. Expect delays.
