For those saying we went out of hand against KCV and Rahul Gandhi, We had to save our party ourselves. If we had remained silent, KCV would have become CM, and that would have helped the BJP gain one MP seat and the LDF gain one more MLA seat. We couldn’t let that happen. So instead of crying that we should not support RG because we demanded proper action, don’t preach about democracy and the Constitution if you can’t take criticism. No one in this party is above criticism. Even Rahul Gandhi should be questioned if he is going to take a wrong decision. In the long run, if it is for the greater good, everything is fair and square. broadly I see the appointment of VD Satheesam as CM as positive for BJP Keralam. His public backing of jamaat -e-islami and muslim league though ignored by public in anti PV sentiment, will gradually benefit BJP. Anti incumbency against KC meanwhile could have revived Left

Every INC leader in Kerala, including VDS & KCV, had insisted before the election that they would collectively decide the CM within hours of the results, without any power struggle. It’s now been 9 days since the UDF victory, and Kerala still doesn’t have a CM. Truly pathetic.
