@makemytripcare @makemytrip Requested cancellation for 1 passenger after reschedule, but entire booking for 3 passengers was cancelled without consent. Need reinstatement for 2 passengers. No human support, only AI. Resolve urgently or I will escalate to consumer forum.

@makemytripcare Your app allowed to cancel only for 1 passenger but Indigo claims you cancelled the whole ticket. The correct process according to Indigo was to first split the PNR and then cancel
