Dungeon tropes are a thing to embrace, not to dismiss. It's simple to handwave the storm the orc infested tower to save the princess, evil wizard in a tower, a cult has kidnapped a child, and the one I am addressing is the rats in the cellar trope. youtu.be/1F5jAAd8TUc

@LibertyForAll19 For the past year I've been teaching kids to play at the Boys & Girls Club. They whooped and hollered. Screens and AI cannot reproduce what I saw.

Some old die hards will say Tabletop will never die. But they rarely play. It will die as the AI/AR stuff gets bigger. People bitching about writing things down is a key indicator. The complaining about tabletop rules are so extremist there is just no way they can last.
