This is a concerning development as it not only will affect the ability of institutions to attract international talent to Finland but it will worsen the current rate of departures. Looking at how things have been in the past years, I can’t help but feel this is the intention.

My research group has 10 nationalities, professionals from 4 continents. Many used Ggl-translator to read the new gov’nt strategy. The rule of 3 mo unemployment inducing exit from the country would have made them to go elsewhere. The professionals can choose. @PetteriOrpo
