Awhile back Perfect Game filed a lawsuit focusing on card artist Ryan Hartman a/k/a Kardyewest. And since then, this lawsuit has kinda languished out there...it still really hasn't begun...BUT, Hartman has just now sought leave to file counterclaims against PG.
