@SirWill Thinking just getting a new laptop and putting some flavor of Linux on it. Torn between Ubuntu or trying mint. I don't know when 10 won't supported anymore or if it's already happened.

@kareese Only way to go back I think is to back up your data, and reinstall Windows 10. And maybe you should try some flavors of Linux instead. Like Mint maybe. Watch some youtube videos about switching. You could test run by running it from a usb drive.

Every time I touch my laptop windows 11 makes me want to put it through a wall!! Seriously 11 makes Vista look amazing right now. I regret ever upgrading and I can't figure out how to revert

@reprinted3D RIGHT!!!! I hate that, the other one that gets me is the doc prescribes a specific medication and the insurance company says you have to try this other one first.... And it's something I'm allergic to.

@kareese Ugh. I'm so sorry. I f-in' HATE insurance companies with a blinding white hot passion. They shouldn't be allowed to deny you ocverage if your doctor says its necessary.😡

Today's appointment with the surgeon was very mixed. There is hope for my knee to recover but it is so far out of reach right now its devastating.

@reprinted3D Theres a series of injections that insurance doesn't cover that would help my knee heal. Each injection is $900-$1200

@reprinted3D Yeah I'm stuffed too! I miss watching old movies with him, since I started the job we haven't really been able to have movie night. Steaks and westerns had been a staple here since I came back.

Went to Texas Roadhouse with the hubby tonight. Had an 8oz fillet with salad and veggies. I don’t think I’ve had a better steak than tonight. It was tender, juicy and flavorful.😋

I have complained about something being in my knee and I haven't had any feeling from my surgery site down to my toes. Finally had my fill of it today and AM seeking a second opinion. Hopefully I will get some answers and not this just keep swimming attitude I'm getting now.

I asked for clarification on my work restrictions and was told I needed an appointment to amend the note, nevermind I just had an appointment Monday requesting this note. My knee is unstable and I've had multiple falls, one fall involved hitting my head on the truck mirror.

Really upset with the care (or the lack of in this case) for my knee. I was sent back yo PT but the doc didn't send any instructions for the PT's. I asked for a note to return to work, once again no guidelines or accommodations, just a single sentence that I could go back Monday
