Actual cost between $5000 and $15000 and yeah, that's far far more than most of us make in a week. But it covers a crew and equipment and experience. Better idea is to choose a room and do it over the weekend. Then wait a couple of weeks and do the next room.

@karstenmfischer @NackHabitat Look up "3D Printing Thread for Fusion Thread Tool" by SimEyeSee on the Bambu forums. They made an XML you can import into fusion and it makes threads printable. It changes the angle a bit and shows you how to round over the points. It's worked great for me. 🍻

Ooh great idea! Thanks for the tip! And I KNOW! I always have to pre-plan designing a component in Fusion if I know it’ll have threads even tho Shapr3D is my go-to haha and even in Fusion I wish they had a 3D print preset for threads that would automatically add tolerances! Maybe one day 🤞

Oh dude the flat edge trick is the unlock for real... makes them so god damn strong XD and they print so much better too. And instead of trying to dial in supports perfectly, I just use support filament for 2 interface layers and that bottom face is buttery smooth. TBH making screws and threads is kind of a nightmare in Shapr 3D. I know that Fusion has a really neat tool for it, I wish shapr had it. I've burnt so much time trying to perfect it lol.
