The debate about @ReachDrMuganga ‘s citizenship returns.
First thing, let us agree that the man is learned, has great ideas and is a good fit for the job.
Secondly,
Dr. Muganga’s grandparents came to Uganda before independence, before there was even a Ugandan passport or Ugandan citizenship to speak of. So he is a 3rd generation Ugandan.(In Luganda they call these ones, Kasangwawo, Kawo ka dda)
He studied on gov’t scholarship at MUK for bachelor’s and that is not given to foreigners.
He has openly spoken about his citizenship issues in the media so you can do your research online and find all the interviews he has done about this.

For those who know the army well, I thought it was the soldier in civilian clothes who was supposed to salute Maj. Mugisha, since he is the commander of the SFC, not the other way around. Am I right?

@a_akamumpa @nasser_Ug1 Not true. When not in uniform, the gesture is as how that gentleman in a suit is portrayed. The General returned a salute in acknowledgement of the guy's gesture.

Dear Gen @mkainerugaba these are the people brutally beaten to the pulp allegedly on orders of @honmulimbajohn, together with the vehicles he used to ferry goons during the primaries.
He relied on excessive force and thuggery to grab the party flag. The real challenge now is to ensure he does not repeat the same violence and intimidation on Ugandans anymore more notably the people of Busia.

@rwomchechen I fully understood what you meant, and I had actually addressed it when i used term 'UNDERBELLY'... But my argument was that despite the HIDDEN INTENT, the CASUS BELLI was CORRUPTION. In cases of corruption, especially of Politicians, there is always, like in WAR, that specific ACT or EVENT that a state uses to justify it's actions, reality not withstanding. So for Anita, it was CORRUPTION. That's what i meant.

@rwomchechen AYA...what is YOUR Rugongo...doing at MACKINNON ROAD(Nakasero)? Corruption of the magnitude as is being reported is many times with an UNDERBELLY OF HIGH TREASON. Why would someone want that much money? During my training, i wrote about a topic called: INTERSECTION OF STATE SECURITY AND CORRUPTION. So in these cases, the circle is quite tight and well organised. Been hearing fellows who have been engaged in DARK ART manovours- blackmail, threats, trying to bribe security officers to frame people...for.... I promised @OfwonoOpondo and.... that i would BOOKMARK.........😉!

Wait and see what will happen to city road construction! People have been getting contracts to do roads and they walk away from construction sites and it is OK. There is going to be a noticeable seismic shift. Playing games will not work. Not this time.

Traffic police is full of thieves masquerading in uniforms. Someone intentionally creates a false case against you even when you clearly observed the traffic lights. They chase after you, force you to stop, then falsely accuse you of jumping the lights. This has just happened to me at the Mulago - Kalerwe traffic lights. A traffic officer rode after me, stopped me, and accused me of not obeying the lights, yet I clearly did. I refused to accept a crime I didn’t commit, but because he holds the power in his hands (the machine) he still issued me a UGX 200,000 ticket. No wonder some of them can’t progress or build anything meaningful for themselves. Rubbish🚮

We finished this road in 4 months with a small budget. I request Mzee to give the entire budget for roads in Kampala to UPDF. The problem with infrastructure projects in Uganda is robbery!

Last night after my TV show at about 00:30. After crossing the traffic lights in Ntinda on Kisaasi road, 3 young men rolled a sack I believe of charcoal in my direct lane. I noticed there was a vehicle(probably a gate away car) parked on the pavement on my left. I aimed at them on the space on my right. They scampered and narrowly avoided colliding with an oncoming car. I believe these are the paver criminals littering our city. Take care guys. @PoliceUg
