I don’t find it shocking. @SierraClub is a big money NGO which fraudulently pulls the wool over the eyes of the public because they want to maintain relationships and access to power brokers
They endorsed Rick Larsen when I ran against him, even though I was identified as a Green New Deal climate champion and Larsen is one of the worst in Congress on fossil fuels and the war machine
They are a joke when it comes to actual policy and it’s quite pathetic that the public falls for this every time

And Adam Smith's war crimes hardly began in 2023. For nearly 30 years, Adam Smith has funded war after imperialist war. Here’s a cool anniversary.
61 years ago today, Lyndon Johnson flew to Independence, Missouri, to sign Medicare and Medicaid into law.
He could have done it at the White House.
Instead, he did it next to Harry Truman.
Truman had been fighting for national health insurance since 1945.
Then LBJ handed him his Medicare card No. 1.
At the time, roughly half of Americans over 65 had no health insurance.
Whatever you think about how health care should work today, it’s hard to overstate what changed that day.
Medicare helped insure some of the most vulnerable people in our country.
Millions of older Americans who had struggled to find coverage suddenly had somewhere to turn.
And the man who had been fighting for it for 20 years got the very first card.
That feels like a pretty cool piece of American history.

@harryjsisson We say it’s a parent’s responsibility. They should go to food pantries, get help from charities, etc. If their pride gets in the way, that’s another issue and should be addressed. Schools should be the last option, not the first.

The thing that pisses me off about Fauci is that over a dozen scientists told him that the virus was very likely man-made, only two said it might have come from nature. He lied about the scientists consensus and said they concluded it was natural. That makes scientists look bad.
