Lost a friend this week from cancer - and absolutely crushed momentum and confidence and motivation for anything. Anyone gone through something similar, how did you snap out of it? I don't have the ability to grieve just yet

My mom is finally home after 2 months in the ICU, hospital, & rehab. Ive been handling so much & in survival mode. My nervous system is still in fight/flight & I can feel my body being like, “Wait…is it safe to slow down now?!” Bodies & brains are wild, y’all.

@kat_ambrose It does. We use June.so for the app and @PlausibleHQ for the website . You can opt-out during onboarding or in settings
