You would have thought that after receiving a six month suspended sentence for making indecent images of children Huw Edwards would have found a stone and crawled under it. Instead he has now chosen to issue a statement complaining about a Channel 5’s docudrama ( he’s played by Martin Clunes) saying nobody had “ checked with me the truth about the narrative .” Grateful if Mr Edwards stopped stinking Wales out and did us all a favour and moved to one of those nice caves vacated by Bin Laden. This sequence of events raises extraordinary questions. Adams will now have to pay his own costs - a small price to pay to bully his way out of a verdict that would have destroyed decades of denials.

This is incredibly damning. Gerry Adams must have some very powerful people looking out for him.
