Just by sheer numbers of population most of the money that Wales has is from England there are 3 million people in Wales and the equivalent of that in greater Manchester so just by sheer maths most of Welsh government money is from England!!

Hi @Keir_Starmer What happened to “Labour would freeze your council tax”? Or “Not a penny more on your council tax…No ifs, no buts”? Many people across the country are opening letters for higher council tax bills. Labour deserve the local election annihilation coming in May.
