The screenshot is of me waiting for 24 minutes to get in touch with customer support. It has been 29 minutes now, still nothing.

So @IndiGo6E decided to send me a message on Whatsapp that my flight is at 9:30pm. when the actual status is something else. maybe they don’t wanna tell upfront that the flight has been delayed more then 6hrs, cause then they’re liable to give 100% refund. Also, fuck you Indigo.
