Sad to learn yesterday of a deaf stroke patient in a Cambridgeshire hospital for 3 weeks without access to interpreters. Remote interpreting available but they didn’t know how to work it. Imagine being in hospital for 3 weeks after something as serious as a stroke and not being able to communicate with doctors about it.

@Tesco what appalling service I received this morning. Being told the call handler in ‘customer service’ was really stressed and instead of helping me, sent my online order driver away as payment wouldn’t process thanks to a fault with @MastercardUK then put me on hold for 21m!

@Tesco did an order yesterday which should have arrived this morning which never happened, got no updates on when it would arriving, in future I'll be sticking to #asda as there are more reliable

@Tesco home delivery was due between 7-8am this morning and still hasn't arrived. I've had a notification to say 2 substitutes but nothing else since?? No updates on the website just says it's on its way but no updates available!! Is it going to arrive or should I just give up
