@kbaker6 I look at PACs as just passthroughs. Entities that just sit there until money needs to be funneled. I'm not sure I agree that a PAC with a relatively small balance is near death or failure and needs to be saved.

Update on this FOIA, which is for the MACH2 hydrogen hub application to @ENERGY ... For months, the contractor processing the FOIA, @Wits_Solutions, has refused to provide an estimated date of completion I have now FOIAed that company's contract with DOE.
