MY Take-Away From #MadlangaCommission 28/04/2026 After Mogotsi's accusations that Chaskalson promised him protection for implicating Carrim, he (Carrim) could also ask for Chaskalson's recusal? If Mogotsi's claims create an appearance of bias against Carrim (or "vendetta"), Carrim's well-resourced legal team could pile on with their own recusal application. If Madlanga refuses the application(s) , they could go to court. They could grind the Commission to a halt and drag its reputation in the process. #MadlangaCommission

Can someone please who knows more about Cyber Security, Forensics stuff explain to us why the chats between Sergeant Nkosi and the CFO Mnisi and the chats between Nkosi and DC Dlamini were assessed using different softwares. The ones with the CFO apparently show 2 hours behind South African time timestamps.
