@PunisherHQ I really liked the Mike Baron run with Tex art. Beautiful stories. The fact that Frank feels sympathetic to people in those stories. Makes him feel real and keeps his emotions in check. He never screams unless it's an innocent person getting killed. I really enjoy that Punisher.

I made my peace with acknowledging that this Punisher (MCU) is for new generations. The necessity for people to see something that feels, cries, shouts, and screams those are 'human traits.' The Punisher (comics) was always human. He was never a robot. He feels sympathy for people, especially victims. The tragedy of his story is that Frank Castle died in Central Park with his family. All that is left is the Punisher. The depth of the character resides in retiring most of his humanity for the mission. A man who still feels but channelizes his emotions into his war on crime. What is sadder to you? A man who externalizes his feelings, or a man who buries his feelings because he doesn't have the luxury of letting that get in the middle of his crusade? There is hope for a man who externalizes the emotions of the living. The quiet and silent type has already made his choice. #punisher #thepunisher
