First, we are a republic. Second, you destroy a republic by censoring speech and arresting political opponents. Just look at China. They are a republic, but all the political opponents to the communists party (CCP) are in jail and they censor speech. When Chinese vote there is only one party to choose from, the CCP. The CCP rules China. And in the US we are hanging by a thread. The democrats are about to takes us down that same rat hole.

He has been arrested for the actions he's taken in defiance of our laws, actions he took to try to overthrow our government. He now says "he thought the election was stolen." Not very factual.

His speech contributed to his actions but he's not in trouble solely for what he said but rather for what he's done. That's law - not propaganda. #LockHimUp
