Saying I am a "Foreigner" in another African country will be an insult to myself.
A "Visitor" is the right word for travelling within African, outside Africa that's where I become a "Foreigner" If my stay exceeds a week.

They said, we don't want to know about SADC. They came here when the rulers were oppressing us, when the corruption was high, when we had no water and no electricity. We were really suffering and here comes SADC to a summit. Big cars. Flags. Big hotel. Driving through poverty-stricken streets. Couldn't you see what was coming? That is a problem with SADC that we have to address and it is not only a Madagascar problem.
