Current ambulance times in #London are around 1 hour for a suspected heart attack/Stroke
While in #Colombo its about 10-20 minutes.

Ambulance times for England in July are nightmarish - a whisker away from worst ever. Mean is 59 minutes for a Category 2 (includes suspected heart attack or stroke) compared to target of 18 minutes. 90th percentile 2 hours 11 minutes (1 in 10 this bad or longer).

1990 ambulances are already at IOC fuel stations in the areas the service is affected. Pls allow the ambulances to get fueled as soon as the fuel arrives so that we can get back to saving lives.
