@AvantiWestCoast Yes I have and this is what I was offered. I don’t travel often and certainly would not choose to use this service again. Why would I accept anything less than some of my costs back? It’s unfair I had to stand for most of my journey and then in that heat be left without any info

@AvantiWestCoast I ended up being sick and almost passing out whilst my asthma was then set off. Avanti offer 50% off my next journey, is this a joke? Like I will travel on their service again 🤣 I want what I paid back, that’s the least they can do.
