@i_mika_el It’s hard to know when you make many changes what actually moved the needle. But here I can tell it’s not the new landers because there is not a lot of traffic going there. I also can’t tell it’s the price change, because it could also be meta, I will run it for a week.

$0 → $100k/day - Day 25 Chat are we starting to cook? Yesterday I was a b*tch, I told you I would increase the price of my most profitable product by 10% but I only increased by 5%. I'm not sure if I should attribute better margins to the change in the price but it's good to see I'm not losing money. Yesterday, I launched landers that were congruent with my ad tests and with claude code you can deploy it in minutes. I have also downgrade Replo to the lowest plan, the reason I'm not cancelling it is because I have a good performing ad with social proof sending people to a replo page, if I change the URL I will lose the social proof. Trueprofit is the next. Only keeping it for the dashboard which many X users are familiar with (for legitimacy of my results) but its days are counted 👿 I will upload some statics today, those apology, sarcastic, price increase due to tarriffs, I have seen them working for bigger brands, I want to see how will that work for us. Last 2 days, my bid cap campaign has CPA below $30 which is crazy and I don't know a lot about scaling Bid Caps, never done it but it's not something I should worry about now until next week when we restock then I can scale higher and the supply will be ready. I'm starting to test a lot when it comes to offer, it is the biggest lever yet I don't see many people talk about it. It's mostly test creatives, iterate, AI this and that but never mentioning how you actually test and iterate an offer. I think the industry is very meta inclined. $0 → $100k/day - Day 24 We didn't eat cement yesterday. Bipolar meta had a better day. Create new landers with Claude Code. I honestly don't know why I'm still paying Replo. I have initiated a downgrade progress and I will also replace trueprofit with our built in tool, there is no reason to spend money on those tools these days. Anyway, I told you guys I was able to increase the AOV by 20% while mainting the CVR, however, there is an issue I found out that will make it hard to scale this offer. My gross profit margin after shipping, COGS and transaction fee is 55%. That means if I want to target 20% profit margin, for that same AOV, my CPA is $40~$45 and ROAS 2.6~2.8 which is hard achieve on front end. So my next thing is maybe test a 10% price increase to see how the math plays out and how it affects conversion. I need to lower the BER without it affecting too much on the CVR and CPA and increasing the price might not be the only answer. My post purchase also needs more work RPV is only ~$6. Today, I will launch more pages, I'm not uploading any news ads. Just strategizing next concepts for next week. See you tomorrow.

@kelvonhimself Every time I notice a sharp drop in performance in my campaigns, I take the post IDs of the winning campaigns and create new sets with the post IDs of the winners. I duplicate the tests, without post ids.

$0 → $100k/day - Day 22 Chat are slowly healing. Not a bad day we had. Made 2 new landing pages to be congruent with the winning ads. I didn't do much inside the ad account to be honest. I will be uploading new listicles and new ads based on iteration and data I got from my post purchase surveys. I think I found a winning offer I can scale. Our AOV prior to this was ~$100, we are not at ~$125-$130, CVR didn't change that much. Now the CPA needs to maintain the same levels so I can get consistent profit days. See ya tomorrow

$0 → $100k/day - Day 21 Bad day yesterday, AOV and CVR still early signs of massive improvements. However, on the meta side of things, CPA is up. I think it's a learning lesson that not AOV and CVR should be the north star. CPA shouldn't increase that much for a new winning offer test. I think the frame of the offer is okay for now, I will play around with pricing, either reducing by 5-10% or increasing it. Maybe it is just a bad timing in the market, however, improving an exisiting offer or product it is always a plus no matter which timing or market. Copywriter is back from a 1-week vacation so she will be writing more scripts this week. Also waiting for some goods to arrive at Tiktok shop warehouse so I can start sending samples to creators and hopefully we can get some good content we can test as ads. My 3rd SKU is almost ready, this one I designed from scratch and it cost us about $20k in molding and tooling. It is a big bet I'm making in a product I never sold before but did a ton of research, surveys, ordered from top 5 competitors to make sure we have a superior product. It's only going to be available in September, just in time to then reorder for Q4. I won't be making any changes today. See ya tomorrow

@kelvonhimself Same thoughts, so your CBO campaign has a fixed budget, right? You don't increase or decrease it, nor do you force spending on new ad sets. You just wait for Meta to decide on a winner and scale it up. And keep adding ad sets, without turning any off?

$0 → $100k/day - Day 11 My campaigns are healing after a lot of moving and account structure change. I got rid of the ABO campaign, I now have 3 campaigns per product. A testing CBO, because my hit rate is very low, I will let meta decide and move the winners with post ID to CBO bid cap and CBO HV. I didn't launch any new ads yesterday but spent time strategizing next 10 new concepts for next week. I'd usually strategize more but I need to focus on quality and with the size of our time, that's all we can do for now. Things have been up and down, stock is running low and I will receive stock in 2 weeks. I have no reason to scale, I know some would do in and run pre sale. I don't think it's the right thing at the moment. See you tomorrow.

$0 → $100k/day - Day 20 Red day yesterday. AOV is still up, CVR is almost the same since I launched the new offer but CPA also increase a lot since saturday. Today, I will launch more statics ads and work on scripts for a new angle. We will be out of stock this week but might run a pre order since stock only arrives in 2 weeks. It is been a bad month so far, typically June and July are the worst months for my niche. I see similar trend with my other store in the same niche but EU market. Anyways, we will keep launching more ads to achieve a consistent profitability. See ya tomorrow

$0 → $100k/day - Day 19 We are back. At least for now. Didn't do much yesterday. Just tightened the bids in my bid campaign, especially for the ad sets with CPA above target. I also cut losers in my CBO campaign. Made some changes to the product image and added a line of text below the title that basically anchor and frame the bundle I want them to purchase. My AOV jumped increased 24% overnight, but sure if it is consistent or if it's just meta blessing me with the good AOV. But so far, I like what I see. If these changes turn out to be consistent over time, I will share what changes I made to the offer. I won't be touching anything today. $0 → $100k/day - Day 18 4th day in a row with negative margins, a sign that the offer is bad and people aren't vibing with it. AOV went from ~$100 to ~$90 and conversion rate also went down. So a double L. I'm running a BUY 2 GET 1 and BUY 4 get 2, but the messaging around the store is to get the BUY 2 GET 1 free, there is no explicit incentize to get the buy 4 get 2 which is what I changed. Now I added a line that gives a free gift to buy 4 get 2 free. Saw this being done by Hollow socks, thought it'd be nice to test. I'm going to upload more statics and wait for another 3 days to see how this offer performs. I'm also reducing the daily budget because at this point, I'm just losing money and it's coincidental. Meanwhile I'm working on my tiktok shop infrastructure to get more videos that I can use for paid ads and some halo effect. Sending 200 units to tiktok warehouse to test if I get everything all right with inbounding process then send another 400 units to the warehouse. That way I can go aggressive with sending samples to creators. Nothing much, thanks for following the journey. See ya tomorrow.

$0 → $100k/day - Day 17 New offer test isn't doing well. AOV and CR went down by about 10%. So not good. I will let it run for another day or 2 before dropping the price and if that also doesn't work, I will change it back to our volume discount. Today, I reduced the spend in our testing CBO, added more elements and refined the copy in my main product's PDP. I'm going to launch more statics based on post purchase data which I have a lot and forget I was running it tbh. So much data I can use for the next batch of statics. We keep grinding.
