day 2 of the 30-day #ecom challenge. somehow worse than yesterday. spend kept climbing while conversion fell off, so i paused two weak ad sets and reworked the offer. testing fresh creatives tomorrow and hoping they can stop the bleeding.

$0 → $100k/day - Day 24 We didn't eat cement yesterday. Bipolar meta had a better day. Create new landers with Claude Code. I honestly don't know why I'm still paying Replo. I have initiated a downgrade progress and I will also replace trueprofit with our built in tool, there is no reason to spend money on those tools these days. Anyway, I told you guys I was able to increase the AOV by 20% while mainting the CVR, however, there is an issue I found out that will make it hard to scale this offer. My gross profit margin after shipping, COGS and transaction fee is 55%. That means if I want to target 20% profit margin, for that same AOV, my CPA is $40~$45 and ROAS 2.6~2.8 which is hard achieve on front end. So my next thing is maybe test a 10% price increase to see how the math plays out and how it affects conversion. I need to lower the BER without it affecting too much on the CVR and CPA and increasing the price might not be the only answer. My post purchase also needs more work RPV is only ~$6. Today, I will launch more pages, I'm not uploading any news ads. Just strategizing next concepts for next week. See you tomorrow.

Day 51 Good day today again considering 1st day bump. Ended the day on 20% margins so doubled budgets again, risky but no risk no svj AOV is low and sessions still low so i revamped my whole offer today and also ab testing another offer aswell to try get AOV up. Also launched WW Campaign too expand to bigger countries so will see how that goes. launched on 50 adspend only. also the vid batch i uploaded yesterday got some sales which is good, did some competitor research today and took whats working for them and made another batch of videos and also batch of statics based of the language thats working in my winning rips. also got good cogs sorted while negotiating with multiple suppliers to get the best price. did a lot of work today and made a lot of changes so will see how things go. Day 32 of getting to €1M / month Things are looking way better. The US store is giving some good first signs. Hypothesis with the product page CVR worked. (scarcity + urgency + better offer = increased CVR) But let's do not get hyped up, maybe it's just uncle Zuck giving easy conversions lol Will have real validation tomorrow. If tomorrow everything goes well, basically we can start scaling. Just need to fix some backend stuff. Connect my VA to the CS platform so the customers are being replied on time, check the automatic emails on Shopify etc. That's it, tomorrow making even more and better ads. Most ecom founders think the supplier is the boring part. The supplier is the most important decision you make. One bad pick cost me €70k in a single week. €100k in sales, €70k in refunds, a payment processor hold on top. The supplier had quietly downgraded materials and switched to the cheapest shipping line to protect his own margin. The ads were working. The creative was working. The funnel was working. Road to 100k profit month with ecom - Day 156 Biggest day on the main store this year I'm pretty sure (excluding rebills). We back baby. Check my pinned tweet to join hustle/ecom villa. Started the registration process today for incorporating the LLC (GmbH) in Switzerland. Let's hope it moves swiftly so I can start the bookkeeping asap and start filing the profits as company profits. Right now everything I earn is treated as income tax which is of course taxed much higher. Lemme know if anyone also got a GmbH in Switzerland? Other than just launched another product test, will document how the last 3 product tests went tomorrow. Hit rate has been somewhat decent recently.

"ecom is saturated" is some of the dumbest shit i have ever heard someone say. do you know how many stores are selling some type of black seed oil? it’s prolly like 600+ with everyone selling capsules or oil bottles to the same audience. but literally one guy looked at it and thought for maybe 10 seconds longer than the other 599 and went "what if it was a gummy" and "what if i got it halal certified and sold it to muslims in the UK. wow a whole country w 4 million people no one is selling to or targeting in the meta auction and now he's doing six figures a month. he did not invent anything. the ingredient was public, the supplier was public, the audience was RIGHT THERE and 599 other retards looked at it and said yeah imma just sell this capsule everyone else is selling. that's not saturation because saturation would mean the opportunity is gone. the opportunity was sitting in front of every single one of them, they just weren't thinking, and neither are you.

google ads is not "just bottom funnel." this is what it looks like when one channel actually runs the whole account. $130k+ in conversion value at a 6.07 roas from google alone that's the part most brands never get. they treat google like a last-click cleanup tool. set it up right and it stops being a support channel. it becomes the engine the entire account is built on.

0-$1M with #ecom day 130 pretty bad margins today not terrible though. still working with supplier for pricing on new SKUs, and doing some comp research for some home page ideas. new static batches have not been doing well tbh, gonna start making some videos myself again as statics have not been taking spend for ages and my editor can only make so many video concepts per week. 10k days soon

$0-$1mil With Ecom - Day 283 Pretty average day today, relaunched almost all our top spenders in the new ad account today and took like 8 hours for it to start spending bro. My amexes are coming in a few days so we're using our debit card and getting zero points. Launched a ton of new natives with high intent behind each, and looked through our best winning video ads. Trying to break them down even more and manually scripted a vsl from a winning native we had. Tested our custom supplement brand formulas today and am deciding some things. Planned next few days and that's really it. More driven now this ad account got banned. God bless.
