@TheJackForge I have had this setup for the most part for the past ten years. It fucking rocks. Only downside is you actually have to deliver work on a regular basis. When I used to work office jobs, it was easier to BS off and browse reddit all day / work on my own projects for weeks on end.

@tailwiinder I’m not nearly as good of a dev as DHH, but I’ve been shipping working code for over 15+ years. I would 100% fail any leetcode-style interview. Is your job going to be writing a new sorting algorithm? Go full leetcode. But probably 95% of us just build basic CRUD/React apps 🤷🏻‍♂️
