I get it, you're trying to do the right thing and uphold your honor by giving proper notice and communicating clearly. That's respectable. But this company is showing zero honor or morals here. They've already had more than enough time to handle the transition, especially since you gave notice for a side/contract role. If they're short staffed, that's their management failure, not your burden to carry forever. And if they're not even paying you properly for the work, that's straight up exploitation. Legally, in Japan (Civil Code Article 627), you only need to give two weeks' notice to resign from an indefinite contract. Your resignation takes effect after that, whether they "accept" it or not. They can't force you to keep working. You don't owe them anything more. Stop showing up if you need to protect your own well being and future, document everything (your notice, dates, communications) in case they try anything weird with pay or references. Your health and designer career come first. Accept the laws of cause and effect. This is your reality, your life, and don't let a stepping stone decide your fate in life.

@kencato_ @strauss_matt Top 10 reason that we need to start voting for highly qualified Ministers. Especially since MPs can avoid context, mislead and outright lie in the HoC. One just needs to look at their pensions to see that accountability will never be an agreed upon motion for any topic.

What is even the point of Parliament? At Health Committee, we asked to see the PrescribeIT contracts, in which the Liberals blew $250 million on NOTHING.   But Mark Carney’s Chief Filibuster Officer spent 2 hours talking to prevent us from seeing it. I asked why at Question Period, but the Chief Filibuster Officer took the question and…. Filibustered. That’s why I went to ask again tonight in the House:

I'll have to check your podcast out, and thanks for putting up a fight to help others understand what is truth and possible in today's age. There is a lot of uncertainty in the coming years, but time will tell how it all plays out based on our the people actions and reactions to the direction Governemts and global elites lead us.

And this is why I started a podcast, to talk out about these technologies and showcase all the better technologies that we can have if we don't go in these directions. I am a big believer in privacy and if we were to do digital IDs and crypto right then we could do this without any control at all. The problem lies with our governments making it controllable. Well, that's some good news. I agree, AI will help with this, but I don't think most countries have a few years. The global elites are moving at full steam to get all the infrastructure like Digital IDs and CBDCs working as fast as possible in all the countries they are invading (Canada, UK, EU, Australia, etc) while tying it into benefits and taxes. Once it's in and live, it will be impossible to undo as by design and it will be too late as most government arnt even hiding the fact they are no longer a democracy but all are becoming totalitarian where our voted don't matter, they will do what they want.

@kencato_ @missmassform Pretty much, the nice part about now and day and age is that AI is giving people a lot of personal agency to be able to handle a lot of these things themselves. I actually suspect that we're going to have a lot more sheep wake up in the next couple of years to this

@Weird_Canadian @missmassform So, Players are willing to hunt/search because they are willing to understand, while NPCs just think it is what it is because thinking what caused the effect is hard. Too many sheep exist on this planet, which makes it easy for the global elites to manipulate.

No. Mental institutions are supposed to help with rehabilitation and determine if you're safe to go back to society or be locked away until you are. Canada is doing the opposite, where they want more deranged mentally ill people in positions of power so they can lock away anyone who tries to stop them.
